Skin care routine for Indian Skin....

And that is for a dusky skin complexion, most of us have....  Skin care regimen for dusky skin include having a good skin care routine, wearing a sunscreen lotion or cream, always leaving your zits alone, and drinking lots of water.

Make your dusky skin stand out in the crowd by performing the right skin care regimen. Some people may be born with beautiful skin, but anyone can always have that at any age in life if you just take the time and energy to truly care for your skin.

Have a good skin care routine

Have a skin care routine which you can do every day. A basic skin care routine is composed of cleaning the face, toning it, and applying moisturizer. It is important that you do this routine every day, once after you wake up in the morning and another one before you go to bed at night. Cleaning will remove the dirt, excess oil, and makeup from your face that will otherwise cause you to have blackheads and whiteheads. Using a toner will then remove dirt and makeup which you may not have been able to remove totally, as well as help to close your pores. And then, moisturizing will lock in moisture in your skin to keep your face soft and supple.

Wear a sunscreen lotion or cream

Find a sunscreen lotion or cream with a high amount of SPF that you can apply to your face. Apply the sunscreen every day, particularly before you head out the door. Individuals with lighter skin complexions may be very vulnerable to the sun, but so are those with dusky skin. Too much exposure to the sun can cause one to have premature aging skin, fine lines, and wrinkles.

Always leave your zits alone

We frequently hear of the advice to never pick at zits, which is really true because doing so would only cause you to have a permanent reminder of that blemish. If your acne has pus, you may let it out by gently releasing the pus with the use of clean cotton balls or gauze. And after which, apply on your skin a small amount of moroccan oil, which has anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties.

Drink lots of water

Drink as many glasses of water as you can. We acquire toxins in our body through several ways, and water helps by diluting them and flushing them out of our system.

It is also important that we have both ample amounts of exercise and rest on a regular basis.
