Simple Weight Loss Tips for Sedentary Lifestyle

Are you overweight? Do you have a sedentary lifestyle? You don’t have time to work out? But you want to loose weight...

Then here are some tips by which one can loose weight:

1. Drink at least 7-8 glasses of water daily. Water keeps your body hydrated and can help your skin glow. It also helps you reduce your weight.

2. Eat six meals daily in small portions. This will keep your insulin levels steady and also you won’t feel hungry. It is always recommended by doctor that one should always eat food for every 3 hours.

3. Include nuts, fruits, vegetables, milk products in your diet. One should always remember that when you are planning to loose weight, at the same time your body needs vitamins and proteins. But remember all are not healthy. Choose wisely according to your body weight and enjoy happy meal.

4. Clip a pedometer on your belt and try to take at least 10,000 steps every day.  Instead of taking a elevator or lift, take stair. Always park your car away from your house entrance.

5. Do at least one physical activity once or twice in a week. It can either be walking or jogging or playing out door games like badminton etc. This will help you shed few pounds every week.

6. Stay away from all junk, fried, packed foods. Cutting down these foods will help you a lot to loose weight
