The jazzy couple believes in not only sharing their happiness, but also success. The couple has apparently been spreading not just happiness, but a lot of their cash too. Just recently, the duo handed out big, fay bonus checks to all their employees this time.
All the 80 employees — at home and on tour — have received a bonus of $45,000 each. That's nearly $4 million in all!
Sources say, “[Jay is] spreading the wealth around and everyone is blown away…Nobody got left out. A lot of them couldn’t believe it and phoned his personal assistant to check that there hadn’t been some mistake."
