Multitasking Eves amaze!!

Be it at the work place or in the kitchen, if one closely observes a woman at work, amazement is the only word exclaimed! In fact with a few exceptions they are the most dependable colleagues in office and ofcourse an excellent partner at home. At times it make most wonder how they are so much adaptable. Personally I have seen how they work intelligently. Being brought up by a single parent, my mother was my sole pillar of strength, even to this day. Similarly the other women in my life my wife and my daughter have an everlasting impression in my life.

Probably this has been the case around, but few will agree with this. However it takes a closer look in to their skillset that reveals the facts of their ability say veterans. Scientists have joined the opinion with Psychologists that women work better than their male counterparts in multitasking. And further on they also go on to prove that females are better able to reflect upon a problem, while continuing to juggle their other commitments, than men.

Especially in the Indian set up, a middle class girl is treated like a queen in a small family,  at her father's place. The father is in tears when he first admits the girl in the school then the ordeal repeats when he sends her to college, by then with some maturity, if she has to study at another place. By the time actual departure , at the time of wedding the father would have been  much matured. But he misses his daughter most at the time when he needs her the most and the pain is unbearable for the single daughter fathers.

On the other hand when the father visits his married daughter after a period of time then the truth dawns, as to how grown up the daughter is, looking at the various tasks she takes up, in the grind life. A social colleague, a devoted wife, a loving mother and  a caring daughter in law. All-in-one, is what 'woman' is ! How can we forget women like Kalpana Chawla, Tina Ambani, Juhi Chawla, Aishwariya Rai, CEO of ICICI Chanda Kochar, Pepsi's Indira Noyi and Neeta Ambani  to name few. Because of their nature of modified mindsets women empowerment in various fields is on the raise. Kudos to the women who did make us strong and then enjoyed living in our shadows to satisfy our so called 'chauvinism'. (With inputs from internet-AW AarKay)
