H1B Visa Fraud: Indian-American Arrested

H1B Visa Fraud: Indian-American Arrested:- A 46-year-old Indian - American has been arrested on H1B visa fraud charges. Kavuru Kishore Kumar has been arrested in California on the charges and he has been produced before US Magistrate Judge Susan Van Keulen. He was later released on bond. Kishore Kumar has been charged with 10 counts of visa fraud along with mail fraud. He managed to pool foreign workers for the requested clients through his consulting companies.

If proved, Kishore Kumar faces 10 years imprisonment and a fine of 250,000 USD for each visa count and 20 years imprisonment for email fraud. Kishore Kumar Kavuru owns four consulting companies from 2007 and he has been accused of submitting fraudulent documents. Kishore Kumar mailed and submitted 43 petitions for H1B software engineers and there were no such positions available in the companies benefited.
