Successful producer Dil Raju has bagged the distribution rights of innovative director Gunasekhar's magnum opus project Rudhramadevi. As the shooting of the film is nearing completion, the makers are busy with others works. Recently stylish star Allu Arjun was roped for an important role and a week after the distribution rights were sold off.

Dil Raju will be distributing Rudhramadevi movie in Telangana and Vizag districts while, few mega producers are willing to buy the rights for rest of AP. Sources say that Dil Raju has bought the rights for a fancy price however they were reluctant to disclose the amount.

Rudhramadevi is the life history of Rani Rudhramadevi of Kakatiya dynasty and the film is being made in 3D. Gunasekhar is also the producer of the film while Anushka Shetty is playing the title role. Maestro Ilaiyaraaja is scoring music, Thota Thorani is art director.
