Genelia married Reteish Deshmukh in February 2012 and after that she has not signed any movie has agreed to play sister to Salman Khan in the movie "Jai Ho". Although the movie “Tere Nal Love Ho Gaya” was released in February 2012, it was started before her marriage and more over she acted with Reteish in that.
Jai ho is directed by Sohail Khan in which Tabu, Sana Khan, Ashmi Patel, Sunil Shetty and others are playing in key roles.
“Jai Ho” is the remake of Chiranjeevi starrer hit movie “Stalin” in which Kushboo played sister to Chiranjeevi.
The movie “Jai Ho” was also planned to release audio almost the way Mahesh Babu’s “1” is planned live streaming in the theaters. But the program of audio release was postponed. It is scheduled to release on 24th January.
