After her debut in Singham, Kajal Aggarwal was nowhere to be seen or heard in Bollywood after starring with Ajay Devgan. It has been over a year since the overwhelming box-office success story and Kajal had displayed no interest in taking advantage of the game. All that is know of her is her consent to act beside daredevil Akshay Kumar in a movie that is based on the notorious 1987 Opera House heist.

The Southern star is presently in Switzerland shooting for a Tamil movie. Speaking on the issue she said that it might sound strange to audience that she had been only in one Hindi film yet but she just doesn't want to take on every movie offered. She said that she would be extremely picky making a decision for a movie based on the storyline.

She also said that she wanted to be an actor but without all the facy “wood” tags. She said that her skills lied in acting and not the language of her movies. “My job is to act whether I am doing a Tamil, Telugu of Hindi film does not matter to me,” she was quoted as saying.

She has starred with Prabhas, Junior NTR, Mahesh Babu and Ram Charan Teja in Telugu movies and Vijay and Suriya in the Tamil flicks.

She quoted that after Singham she had not had much of a respite due to her busy schedules abroad. She has remained diplomatic about the sequel to the movie Singham from Rohit Shetty, she merely said that she enjoyed the experience and was in touch with the team.
