Commercial creators, 'Calcutta' sentiment...
Two factors that run the film industry at a major extent are luck and sentiment. no matter the story, hero and the heroine and even the screenplay of the film are perfect, if luck and sentiments does not work, the history says there were n number of films that turned out to be flops.
Almost all the well known stars and star directors have their own sentiments.
Own such director who is known for making a film with all the required commercial elements required in it, is V.V. Vinayak. this director had to take a back seat for almost two years, after his much expected film, ‘Badrinath’ did not reach the expectations after the release.
Now, Vinayak is all set to prove his worth by directing Ram Charan. the shoot of the upcoming film is going on in Calcutta now. and people say it is because of Vinayak’s sentiment to direct the film in Calcutta, to make the film a success.
If you remember, Vinayak’s earlier successful flick, ‘Laxmi’ and ‘Adurs’ were shot in Calcutta background. at this point of a career where success is needed for Vinayak, sentiment would play a major role for him, apart from story and the star cast as well.
