Cub attacked and eaten by tigers
It always send chills down the spine when we watch the footage of tigers chasing the deers for their prey on geographic channels. However, tigers digging their big teeth in to live cub besides tearing its body with palms is undoubtedly a horrfying image. It did happen and the photos are now doing rounds on the Internet. This ghory incident took place in wildlife park in Shandong province in China.
These photos, in fact, trigerred several debates and wildlife authorities came under criticism for not providing sufficient food to animals. Also, rumours are rife that animal abuse and hunger fighting were high in East China's Shandong province. The authorities statement read that the white cub was bitten by three Bengal tigers and it died on Tuesday.

Photographer, Wang, who captured this unusual episode on his camera lens told the media that he visited this park at around 8 am on Monday. He said that he saw the bloody scene after he arrived at the place. He quickly pulled out his camera and clicked a few photographs and four of them he happened to post to iquilu.com on Monday night.
The moment these photos appeared on the photographer's website, they went viral and netizens criticised the authorities for animal hunger. They questioned as to why animals were not provided sufficient food. Responding to the criticism, the wild life authorities released an official statement. The officials said each tiger would be provided with 2 kilograms of beaf, 0.5 grams of chicken neck besides a couple of bones and eggs. The authorities have also said that cod liver oil was also given to tigers. Further, they mentioned that Bengal tigers didn't eat the cub immediately after the attack, which according to them proved that there was no hunger fighting among animals.

Meanwhile, the manager of the park has told the media that the three bengal tigers just turned one year while the killed pub was 10 months old. He said all the four pubs were raised in the same zone and they got along well. He said the only difference between them was that Bengal tigers were breast-fed while cub was given dog milk. Meanwhile, the government responded on this incident swiftly and sent across a team to Shandong province. The team would investigate the case.
