Being the daughter of a star is no walk in the park, especially when you have to make your debut on the big screen yourself. People already have high hopes for your talent even before they see you. In other words they treat you as they treated your father or mother and same is the case with the daughter of Govinda, Narmmadaa Ahuja. People have already started commenting on how she has not made it to the big screen of Bollywood even after she acted in the debut movie with Vijender. However, Narmmadaa didn't feel disheartened about the criticism and she has reason to bear the eudaimonia.

The cheerful girl replied "It's not that I have to make my debut at a certain time” in a talk when she was asked about the comments making the rounds. She stressed that she needed to keep up with the reputation that her family had earlier and that has prevented her from accepting every project that came her way. She said, “You see, I want to start with the right project and the right people. I have my family's reputation to keep in mind. I just can't becoming associated with any project."

However she also was worried people had not been taking the delay as optimistically and positively as she did. She warded off all the rumors that she had not been offered work. She sadly mentions that people had never spoken of the 30-40 offers she had rejected but they had not let go of the opportunity to ridicule her since her debut movie with Vijender never materialized on the screen.
"It's not that I am not being offered work or anything. People always talk about how my debut movie with Vijender never took off. They never talk about the 30-40 films I have rejected. Yes, so many films have come my way, but I have not said yes to any because I never felt that they would be the right platform for me. I'm in no hurry. I will wait for the right project to come along. I always consult my family on my future and they're also happy that I am not rushing into taking any wrong decisions."

Narmmadaa is now busy working on her physique and fitness apart from helping a friend with some work in the UK which is keeping her busy at the moment for two months at least.
