Analysis :

Lovely is a routine love story which revolves around the father-daughter sentiment. The movie depicts on how every father thinks of his daughter when she falls in love with a aimless guy who does petty things for money. Director B Jaya was successful in showcasing the story in a convincing way and she should be lauded for handling it well. The first half of the film is good with some nice comedy episodes and twists. The love angle between The lead pair was shot well and the director has done a fair job.

The lovey – dovy episodes can be watched and enjoyed by the Youth in the first half. But the second half seems to lose its content. More routine story and only certain sequences hardly making any difference from the rest all love stories, make us lose our interest for a while. But the performance of the artists and the Music makes us watch the film…
