Creative director Teja shocked not just the Tollywood but even the regular followers of movies by making a statement that he would be reshooting his recent flick Neeku Naaku Dash Dash. It has been reported that Teja has already sent in the instructions to all the theatres asking them to stop the screening of the film with immediate effect.
Teja seems to have come to this decision after the movie fell flat at the box office and it even received too much criticism from for a bad climax. Therefore, Teja now wants to reshoot the film with a better climax. The revised version of the movie is going to hit theaters on May 4, said sources.
Notably, this is the first time in the history of Indian Cinema that a movie screening has been called off by the movie director for reshooting the film.
While it’s still a question whether the revised version will drag people to theatre not, but it’s sure that it acts as a publicity and people who already watched the movie are most likely to watch the new version.
So far we have only seen automobile companies making revisions to its bikes and cars. Thanks to Teja for introducing new concept to films. He should, however, allow people who already watched this movie to watch the new version for free. (Phani)
