From what we know about the Rani Mukerji in her earlier films, as a sentimental girl with a husky voice, the killer dance star is a new side of the coin which was never exposed to the world. The first release of the Dreamum Wakeuppam on the internet was an uproar from the netizens already and with her steamy item number as Aga Bai, fans were left enchanted with their mouth agape.
We wonder if aging has forgotten Rani Mukerji. She looks twenty and dances like eighteen. The belly dancing sensation, Aga Bai shuts the mouths of the critics who cried that she was aping Vidya Balan. Aga Bai is is a dangerous feat considering the proportion of successful actresses who could do it. Katrina Kaif's best item song, Sheila Ki Jawani has the easy version of the belly dance and not many different moves but Aga Bai's belly is the hypnotizing spiral that would draw you into a trance from which you wouldn't want to wake up.
Vaibhav Merchant, the man behind the dance made it as tough as it can get for Rani. He humorously pipped that the moves were not really difficult if the secret mantra was known. He said; first breathe in and breathe out, and while you do it, sway the hips sideways, and then feel the chocolate sauce dripping off your stomach. So, now get into the sensuous feel and do it like Rani. That simple!
