Abbayitho Ammayi Analysis

Abbayitho Ammayi Movie Review and Ratings

The first half of ‘Abbayi Tho Ammayi’ movie narration was slow, but decent throughout. The entertainment and the songs take the major lead, but most of the episodes loses the lively thing and appears pure cinematic. The father and son relationship episodes has not uniqueness as most of such scenes have been seen in the earlier films of Tollywood and Bollywood. On the whole the complete first half has been just ok.

Coming to the second half, most of the episodes has a huge dose of emotional episodes. It appears like even the director has no clarity about narration of the plot, in the second half. The pre climax episodes bring interest but the climax which has been most important has not been gripping and convincing. On the whole, Abbayi Tho Ammayi plot is ok, but the narration spoils it.

Performance

Naga Shourya as Abhi, has given a stupendous performance. His ease in the acting is the major plus to ‘Abbayi Tho Ammayi’ movie. Though debut film, even Palak Lalwani gave her best to the film. She has every chance to pick up in her career and emege as the star heroine soon. After the main lead, Rao Ramesh is the other highlight of the film. His performance as an angry dad, is a sure watchable. All the other actors have been decent with their assignments.

The story is predictable and nothing new to say. But if there was a good screenplay, the movie would have been a fresh one. But the director failed in narrating it well. The dialogues have been just ok. The music and the background score have been decent. The cinematography is the major highlight of Abbayi Tho Ammayi and every rupee spent has been presented well. The production values have been grand enough and Ramesh Varma could not bring out the needed emotion well and thus failed in his attempt.

Abbayitho Ammayi Final Word

The regular old screenplay, makes the already old story, much old and tests the patience of the audience in the theatre.
