Run Raja Run is the comeback movie of Sharwanand. This young hero has been missing from the spotlight since some time and finally managed to come up with a film. Mirchi movie makers are the producers of Run Raja Run and it is carrying quite a bit expectations.

Story
Raja [Sharwanand] is young lad who searches for true love and perfect match for him. In this course he proposes to many girls but breaks up with them quickly citing the above reasons. One fine day, Raja sees Priya and instantly falls in love with her. However, Priya is the daughter of Sampath [Dileep Kumar] a special officer who is assigned to nab a serial kidnapper. As Sampath gets to know about Raja, he proposes a huge task of catching the kidnapper in order to win Priya's hand.
Will Raja solve the case and win Priya hand forms the entire plot.
Analysis :
The story is not all new one though but the director cleverly dealt with it. Debutant Sujeeth should be appreciated for coming up with something different from the routine stuff. First half is quite good and interval bang is decent. It will definitely appeal to the audience and makes them nervous about second half. However, second half is killed with romance and songs between the lead pair. Nonetheless, second half also has interesting twists and turns in the plot. Like all films these days climax of Run Raja Run is also predictable.
Music of the film needs special mention. All the songs are visual feast and shot in very good locations. The visuals are rich and lavish which show the production values. As Prabhas said in the audio release of the film, the producers did not compromise on the quality and they deserve a pat on the back. Cinematography is absolutely outstanding and editing, screenplay should have been sleek. Rest of the technicalities are fine.
Performance :
Firstly, audience will see a all new Sharwanand in this film. He changed his style, dressing and came up with a new look which really impresses. In fact we can say, Sharwa looks more stylish and eye grabbing than heroine Seerat Kapoor. We need no introduction for Sharwa's performance, he aptly fits the role and delivers elegantly. Seerat Kapoor was okay and her career depends on the movie's run at box office. Dileep Kumar [Mirchi fame] also has a meaty role and does justice to his role. However the surprise package for this film is Adavi Sesh. We won't be revealing much about him. Watch out for him.
Final Word: Run Raja Run is good entertainer with ample twists, turns, songs, glamour. Watchable!
