SS Rajamouli’s directorial venture Baahubali 2 has hit the theaters on 28th April and receiving thumbing responses from everywhere since then.
The big news is that South Actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu has walked into Baahubali theatre on Day 1, along with forty children, of her foundation Pratyusha Support, to catch the show. And before making her entry into the screen at BigCinemas, Ameerpet for the noon show, Sam spoke to media folks as well. Later she shared a note on the film on May 1st which was appreciated by director, Rajamouli too.
The other side of the story is, the actress walked out of the theatre in the middle of the first half, revealed a source. It was heard that the “Screen” that was screening Baahubali 2, was equipped with a bad air conditioner system. Twenty-minutes right into the film, the ACs malfunctioned and people started sweating as only fans are running. However, Samantha’s organization kids, managed to watch the show.
As a known fact, it is tough to bear the heat inside a packed theatre with non working AC’s in this hot summer season where mercury is touching above 41 degrees celsius.
Pratyusha Support, the actress charitable trust was registered in 2010, the same year she made her acting debut with director Gautham Menon’s Ye Maaya Chesave. The organization came into being in 2014 and provides medical support to underprivileged women and children, suffering from life-threatening illnesses. According to reports, all her earnings from product endorsements and attending inauguration events goes to this foundation. She also makes sure that she spends some time with unprivileged kids on some special occasions and big festivals.
