Even while doing the big movies like Rudramadevi and Baahubali, Anushka took time to sign a small movie like Size Zero. Though the opening was heard positive, the overall collections could not reach the expectations.

Even though there is no other big movie in the theatres, the dip in the Size Zero collections is worrying the makers. Out of the confidence on the subject, reportedly, Anushka even invested her Rs. 2 crores remuneration into the film, and got into an agreement with the makers, to share the profits, after the release.

But unfortunately, as the movie could not get back the basic investment itself, Anushka was saddened for investing in the film.
 
Other anticipated movies like Shankarabharanam, Bengal Tiger are getting ready for release and those are expected to clean sweep, Size Zero and throw out of the theatres. So the Size Zero makers are planning for the new strategies, to get back the maximum investment and if possible, profits too.

On the other hand, Anushka increased 20 kgs body weight for the movie and is trying is reduce it now and getting ready to participate in Baahubali 2 shooting.

As part 1 is considered as a small gesture for Anushka’s role, the enthusiasm to watch full fledged Devasena character on the screen, is increasing day by day. So the losses suffered by Size Zero, is expected to cover, with the fame of Devasena’s character in Baahubali 2.
