Salman Khan remakes Chiranjeevi movie

Mega Power Star Ram Charan has reportedly suggested Salman Khan to remake Katthi, which is being remade by Chiranjeevi as his 150th film.

Salman Khan is one such actor who always keeps on eyeing up on the super hit South Indian movies and buys the rights and does the remake. Telugu movies like Pokiri, Ready are remade in Bollywood as Wanted and Ready respectively, and secured huge hits in Salman’s career.

But now a days, it seems Salman is taking more care in choosing the films for remake. For this, Ram Charan is suggesting Salman for some good movies. As of now, Charan will reportedly be seen in a remake of a recent Tamil blockbuster ‘Thani Oruvan’.

Jayam Ravi is the male lead of the movie and the commercial elements are properly dealt in the movie, which paved the way for the success. That is making Charan fall back of the movie. The director is willing to rope Mahesh Babu into the remake, as he felt that, Mahesh would suit the role perfectly.

But Mahesh many times mentioned that, he would not do the remakes. So the director is looking for an alternative. If everything goes well, Charan himself might grab the opportunity.

Charan, who loved Thani Oruvan subject, suggested the same movie to Salman Khan to remake it in Bollywood. Even Salman reportedly gave a positive nod to Charan. Along with Thani Oruvan, Ram Charan even suggested Salman to remake Vijay’s Katthi, which is even in the news that, Mega Star Chiranjeevi is going to act in the Telugu remake of Katthi.

Even Salman Khan offered his support to Tollywood in few instances. He applauded Baahubali recently and in the past, he showered praises on Pawan Kalyan’s performance in Gabbar Singh.

If the same cooperation continues among the heroes of South India and Bollywood, then it would be beneficial to both the industries, to get some quality stuff in the movies and thus increase the market.
