Out of the few Telugu speaking Heroines we have, one amongst them is Madhu Shalini. The Actress struggled for couple of years to make her mark in the Telugu Film Industry. It could be the films she acted, opposite small Heroes she paired up, or may be the kind of roles she has done, all these put together, fetched nothing for the Actress, to make her identity in Telugu Film Industry. It was during this time, Madhu Shalini has bagged an opportunity to act in National Award winning Director Bala’s ‘Avan – Ivan’, a Kollywood film, that later dubbed into Telugu as ‘Vaadu – Veedu’.
Though Madhu Shalini had not a much of a role to be played in this film, she was atleast recognized for her work. This seems, to be a stepping stone, for her career in tamil film industry. The Actress is now getting some recognized roles to be played in the films starring Top Heroes, in Kollywood. One such opportunity is, Madhu has been considered to play an important role in B – Town block buster ‘Dabanng’s remake, in K – Town, starring Shimbu and Richa Gangopaadyaay, in the lead roles.
If not a main Heroine, atleast a recognized actress, finally Madhu Shalini could be settling down in K – Town.
