Praveen is well bonded with Megastar Chiranjeevi too and turned a close family member for them. The latest update is that the talented manager received a costly flat as a gift recently. It is not from Charan or Megastar, but he received this surprising gift from DVV Danayya.

Praveen handled the production responsibilities of Vinaya Vidheya Rama. It is Praveen who managed Danayya to get the dates of Charan for the project. Soon Danayya grabbed an opportunity to produce Megastar's film that will be directed by Trivikram Srinivas. Praveen will handle the production responsibilities for this project too on behalf of Danayya. Hence, Danayya offered a lavish apartment as a gift for his work and support. Despite of Vinaya Vidheya Rama ending up as a dud, Danayya is left in hefty profits because of which he offered such a costly gift to Charan's manager.
