Rajinikanth Chops Down His Remuneration:- Superstar Rajinikanth is the highest paid South Indian actor and though there are speculations that Rajinikanth will join politics, he preferred films and wrapped up a bunch. The actor was disappointed after his big budget outing 2.0 ended up as an average box-office fare. His recent outing Petta too ended up decent and the buyers across Tamil Nadu have been left in profits.

Rajinikanth recently decided to cut down his hefty remuneration which is turning out to be a burden for his makers. Rajinikanth who usually charges Rs 40 crores per film will now take Rs 25 crores home from his next project. AR Murugadoss will direct his next project which will roll from April this year. This action entertainer will release during the end of this year and is produced by Sun Pictures.
