NTR To Be Issued Show Cause Notices:- Young Tiger NTR is one of the finest actors of Telugu cinema. The actor scored massive hits in his career and he has been busy with the shoot of Jai Lava Kusa in the direction of KS Ravindra (Bobby). Rashi Khanna and Nivetha Thomas are the female leads in the movie which has been produced by Nandamuri Kalyanram’s NTR Arts. He has been back to commercial track with Temper, Nannaku Prematho and Janatha Garage. Comptroller & Auditor General (CAG) submitted a report to the national auditor, the Central Revenue Department which is all set to serve show cause notices for many politicians, businessmen and actors. The Finance Minister submitted a report to the Parliament yesterday in which the practises of several actors have been highlighted. The actors and filmmakers have been in hunt to escape from the tax system but however some of them would be trapped. For all those movies that have been shot abroad, the payments for the actors and technicians are being paid by foreign companies so that they need not pay any taxes in the country. The service was made as ‘Export of services’ with no tax liability.

The news is that Tarak has been paid a remuneration of Rs 7.33 crores for the movie Nannaku Prematho through a London based firm in 2015. The actor is said to have evaded Rs 1.10 crores as tax showing that the entire film has been shot abroad. He seemed to have asked the fee for the film to be treated as ‘Service Export’ with no tax liability. CAG also asked the tax authorities to examine the loop of transactions for the movie Nannaku Prematho. The Central Revenue Department is said to serve Show Cause notices for Tarak soon for the evaded tax amount.
