Mega Hero Varun Tej Comes In Support of Puri Jagannath:- Mega Hero Varun Tej has opened up on the involvement of Director Puri Jagannath, in the controversial drug scandal.
Puri was interrogated on Wednesday on his alleged links with the drug mafia. Varun in an interview said that he was shocked on hearing Puri’s name doing rounds in the scandal and strongly refuted the allegations.
Varun said, “I have worked with him in Loafer. He is a very positive person and can never be associated with such stuff.”
When asked about the damaged reputation of Tollywood, he said, “even before this incident, the image of Tollywood was tarnished. The driver of an auto I traveled in once, has also spoke lightly about the film industry.”
The law will take its own course on the drug scam and people should not make negative comments, said Varun.
