Baahubali 2: The Conclusion Becomes Highest Hindi Grossing Film Worldwide:- According to a report, “Baahubali 2 : The Conclusion” has become the first Hindi film to gross Rs 750 crore worldwide.

Now, the film has beaten the previous record of Aamir Khan’s “Dangal”, which grossed around Rs 702 crore worldwide in Hindi. The hindi version of Baahubali 2: The Conclusion, after just two weeks of its theatrical run, has surpassed the Rs 374.53 crore record previously held by “Dangal”. In just two weeks, the film brought in a massive Rs 141 crore, after grossing Rs 245 crore in first week.

The movie started its third week at the box-office with a bang.  The film, that has broken box-office records for every day of its theatrical run with highest collections from day 1 to day 15, grossed Rs 9.5 crore on its third Friday. The previous record for the third Friday stood at Rs 6.2 crore by ‘Dangal’and ‘Baahubali 2’. In its second week at the box-office in the Hindi market, the movie earned Rs 141 crore. The previous record for week two was Rs 111.56 crore which has been surpassed by a huge 25% by the S.S. Rajamouli magnum opus.

After touching the Rs 1000 crore mark worldwide, the movie went on to create a Rs 700-crore club by grossing Rs 704 crore across all language in India in just eleven days. The film’s predecessor ‘Baahubali: The Beginning’ had previously held the record for the highest grossing film across all languages in India with a collection of Rs 419.56 crore.

Continuing its trend of breaking records and creating new ones, ‘Baahubali 2: The Conclusion’ became the first Indian film to cross the Rs 1000 crore benchmark worldwide. The film released in five languages - Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada and Hindi, across 9,000 screens. It earned Rs 854 crore in India and is inching towards the Rs 200 crore mark in the international markets with a tally of Rs 193 crore, bringing the worldwide figures to a grand Rs 1047 crore within 10 days of its theatrical run.

The movie was one of the highly anticipated films after the phenomenal success of the 2015 film “Baahubali: The Beginning”. Paired with state-of-the-art VFX and a good story line, the release of the sequel had fans flocking to theatres in large numbers to have their question “Why Kattappa killed Baahubali” answered. Post its release, the film has broken a number of existing records and is constantly creating new ones with every passing day.
