Baahubali was recently announced as the best film in the National Awards 2016. The awards were presented yesterday, and Rajamouli made it to the ceremony, giving a break to his ongoing film, Baahubali: The Conclusion.

After receiving the awards, speaking to the media, the maverick director said, he used to get inspired from several stories, he was told by grand mother and grand father in the childhood.

“I never thought of turning as a movie director, but that zeal to present the historical stories brought me here.”

When asked about his interest in making Hollywood movies, Rajamouli said that, as of now, he is not interested in going to Hollywood, as he is interested in dealing with the several legendary kings like Ashoka, Akbar, Rana Prathap etc.

One of the media persons asked about the director’s future projects, but Rajamouli maintained tight lipped about it and said, “right now, he has Baahubali 2 to offer.”

With one movie called Baahubali, Rajamouli crossed the boundaries and he is now an international star celebrity. In all the big countries and in all the foreign languages, Baahubali is being dubbed and released. Surprisingly, it is doing well even in the foreign countries too.

Citing this range of craze, the director has now got to do something bigger with the sequel. The huge expectations are really tough to reach. How does Rajamouli overcomes this difficulty and give a bigger size Baahubali 2 is to be seen.
