Omkar about RGV and Pawan Kalyan controversy

Anchor turned director Omkar gives an explanation about RGV and Pawan Kalyan scene in Raju Gari Gadhi.

Raju Gari Gadhi is the only hottest movie in the theatres now, which is minting, back to back profits, to the distributors.

As Ram Charan’s Bruce Lee could not do well at the box office, small films like Columbus, Kanche and Raju Gari Gadhi, are currently giving the hope to the distributors.

As Kalyan Ram’s Sher has been released today, many felt that, Omkar’s Raju Gari Gadhi might lose the theatres and drop down. But even Sher could not reach the expectations. So fortunately, theatres are increasing for Raju Gari Gadhi movie, from this Monday.

Meanwhile, the makers are in a thought of conducting the success tour and before that, Omkar has given an interview about Raju Gari Gadhi and answered a few of the  controversial questions.

Answering to the question, whether the scene involving Shakalaka Shankar is a counter to RGV, for his tweets against Pawan Kalyan, Omkar said, “I am a huge fan of Power Star Pawan Kalyan. We completed Raju Gari Gadhi shooting in January, which is much before RGV tweets against Pawan Kalyan.”

“When people get frightened of the ghosts, they use the god’s photo. As Pawan Kalyan played a god’s role in Gopala Gopala movie, we used his photo, to generate the fun. Moreover, everyone knows that, Shakalaka Shankar is famous for imitating RGV and his mannerisms. So we created that scene, which has now turned hilarious in the theatre.”
