It was known recently that Director Teja hired technicians from only Telangana Film Employees Federation. After the news was out, the AP Film Employees Federation raised a dispute on the issue. Due to this, Telangana Film Employees Federation passed a new resolution saying that 50% of the technicians of Telangana should be opted by any films in the future and of any producer is find crossing this limit will have to face serious situations.

Most of the film bodies appreciated this clause and opined that it creates equal opportunities to both the states technicians and applauded the decision universally. Director Teja confirmed that this resolution will be passed by the Telangana Film Employees Federation, very soon.

Dil Raju, the Tollywood producer said that there is no official information about the number of technicians from the Telangana, but said that there are quality number of technicians currently working in many ongoing shootings of the films.
