Way back in 2006, Pawan Kalyan in his own direction, started 'Satyagrahi' film. But due to reasons best known to him, the project was shelved and ever since, Pawan and Dasari project was announced, many in the industry are anticipating for further details of the project. According to the highly placed sources,  the script of  Pawan's 'Satyagrahi' underwent major modifications and Dasari came forward to produce it. However, an official confirmation is yet to arrive.

Further, the source added that Dasari who is impressed with director Puri Jagannadh, might rope him on the radar to helm the project. If it is so,  then it would be the third combination of Pawan and Puri after 'Badri' and 'Cameraman Gangatho Rambabu.' The tinsel town has been abuzz with all the speculations. So let us wait to see how true these rumours will turn out to be.

Coincidentally it was Dasari Narayana Rao who arrived as chief guest for the launch of 'Satyagrahi' then. The legendary director gave the first clap for the first shot which was filmed on Pawan Kalyan.
