The fifth edition of Celebrity Cricket League [CCL] was won by Telugu Warriors team who have defeated Chennai Rhinos in the Sunday final at Rajiv Gandhi stadium in Uppal. Telugu Warriors team won the toss and elected to bat first. From the beginning of the innings, Chennai Rhinos batsmen were restricted and not given much room to score runs. Telugu Warriors bowlers bowled in tight line and did a great job. In the end, Chennai team posted a total of 132 runs on the board.

Chasing the total, Telugu Warriors finished the game with two overs to spare. This is the first CCL title for the Telugu Warriors  and stunningly they haven't lost a single match in this year's edition of tournament.
