Do you all remember the sitcom Amrutham that used to tickle the ribs on every Sunday night on Gemini TV in early 2000? Who could forget that master piece anyway. Directed by Chandrasekhar Yeleti Amrutham not only gave new life to many actors such as Inturi Vasu (Sarvam), Sivannarayana (Appaji), Harshavardhan (Amrutha Rao) and Supraja (Sanjeevini). Now, this sitcom is going to be made into a full length movie.

Special set has already been erected for the shooting of this film. The film name has been finalized as Chandamamalo Amrutham. Vasu and Sivannarayana are going to play lead roles in this film. The movie is most likely to be directed by Chandrasekhar Yeleti. All those who loved Amrutham would apparently not miss Chandamamalo Amrutham. Keep your fingers crossed for the release of this movie.
