Damarukam's hide&seek with dates didn't effect box office collection

Nagarjuna starrer Damarukam has hit the theatres finally on November 23 after it played hide and seek with dates for quite sometime. Bugged up with the series of postponements, people got apparently irked and critics said movie might be bombed at box office. But, that was not what happened with Damarukam. This movie has become such a big hit that it created a new record in Tollywood.

RR Movie Makers, which reportedly released the movie in deficit of some good amount of money, was reportedly overwhelmed with the success of Damarukam. Forget about financial profits RR Movie Makers got, it easily managed to clear the debts of Damarukam. Damarukam has got some good graphics, which was feast to eyes although it had no tight script. People were happy to see Nagarjuna in a different role and they got connected to Lord Shiva in the movie. The timing of the movie (Kartheeka Masam) in a way worked wonders for the film.
