A source who is well informed about the happenings at Apple had stated that the new Apple iPhone 5 would be launched at a major event that is to be held on the 12th September. The much awaited phone which had received a few major uplifts would be made public in the event, he said.

The cupertino giant generally unveils the new products around the fall so that the public can buy them during the peak holiday shopping season no sooner they are released in the stores.

With the launch of the new mobile of the 5th generation the company is about to stir a revolution with the state of the art technologies along with sporting a large screen and lower thickness.
