Indian Cricket skipper Mahindra Singh Dhoni is celebrating his 34th birthday. But this time, he is not going to make it with his teammates. Rather the proud father tries to spend the time with his best gift ever, his daughter Zoya. So now all those cake cutting and painting it over the face and opening champagne bottles years are replaced with a family function.

Dhoni was the man in the news ever since his debut in 2003 against Pakistan. As a Captain, his record at home is almost unbreakable. The Captain Cool, under whose leadership, India won the 2011 World Cup and achieved top position in ODIs is known for his great strength of mind. He was hailed as one of the nation’s best cricket captains so far by many veterans.

Dhoni weds Sakshi on July 4, 2010 in Uttarakhand. Right from the marriage, Sakshi was with Dhoni to cheer the team. She gave birth to a Ziva on February 6 this year. However, Dhoni was not presented at that time, as he is getting prepared for the World Cup. The much elated Dhoni told media that he is on national duty and for him it is always the country that comes first.

Later he confessed that it was a very tough period. He even admitted that seeing the baby smile brings the smile on his face.

Dhoni is having a tremendous record in IPL as well. The Chennai Super Kings captain took the team to the victory twice in 2010 and in 2011 as well.

Last week, the couple celebrated their fifth anniversary and the off-field partnership is going strong. This proves that the Jharkhand player is a good keeper in his personal life as well. ?
