EXCLUSIVE: Infy founders to keep promoter tag, seem reluctant to cut stake

While the market believes that the Murthy-led group are no longer promoters and should not interfere with the running with the group, it has emerged that the truth is otherwise, and the promoters will not lose this status unless they sell down their combined stake from around 12.8% to 1%.
