CBFC Chief Prasoon Joshi slams #39;Padmavati#39; makers for screening film without certificate

Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) chief Prasoon Joshi today slammed the makers of "Padmavati" for screening the movie for various TV channels without getting a censor certificate.
