Tips to keep your hair tools clean August 04, 2015 19:13

Usually hair brushes whether synthetic, natural, round, or paddle gets matted with dust and hair. Also curling and flat irons get coated with dried styling product. If you use these products as such may damage your hair. Here are a few pro tips for cleaning your tools and keep them in tip-top shape. Cleaning hair brush starts with getting all of the hair out from between the bristles. For this use a pencil or pen to lift hair from the comb. Then run the brush under warm water and apply shampoo on it. By using tooth brush gently rub it to clean and dry it with a towel. When styling your hair, if you are using a hair iron, use the lowest heat setting on the tool. This will not just prevent your hair from damage but also protect the tool. When cleaning any heated styling tools, start by unplugging them and making sure they are completely cooled down. Use alcohol to clean them. The lint, dirt, and hair that builds up in a hair dryer can not only blow back into your hair, it can also break the dryer if not cleaned out regularly.Cleaning your brush depends upon the frequency of using. If you use a lot of hair styling products and style your hair with a curling iron or flat iron on a daily basis, it is good to clean them once in a week. Finally, remember to clean the handles and bodies of all your styling tools and hairbrushes. Regular dirt and grime builds up on them, as well as styling product from your hands and any sprays you use.By Lizitha

As of now, Baahubali dubbed version in Bollywood, crossed 100 crores, which is observed to be unshakeable, even after many new releases. This range of success for a dubbed version is never before seen in the history of Indian cinema. So Baahubali set a new platform and gave a hope for dubbing movies.  Reacting to this, Karan Johar already tweeted that, it is a very proud moment for Dharma productions. Srimanthudu effect on Baahubali Srimanthudu is gearing up for release this week. It is another big film, which is getting released after Baahubali. So the critics are expecting that Baahubali collections might go down, after Srimanthudu conquers the theaters. But the trade analysts predict that, as of now, not only Srimanthudu, no movie can disturb Baahubali storm. It would almost be impossible for any other big movie, to reach Baahubali records in the near future. However, it is not proper to compare the universal subject movie like Baahubali, with Srimatnhudu, which is a local content one.    By Phani

Pakistan’s investigator reveals Pakistan’s role on 26/11 attack August 04, 2015 17:48

Pakistani investigator who has led the probe into the 2008 Mumbai terror attacks has said that the sleuths uncovered a raft of evidence linking the Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) to the carnage that was “planned and launched” from the Pakistani soil. Tariq Khosa, said that Pakistan has to deal with the fallout of the attacks and this will require “facing the truth and admitting mistakes”."Pakistan has to deal with the Mumbai mayhem, planned and launched from its soil," Tariq Khosa, a former director general of the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), wrote in the Dawn newspaper. "The entire state security apparatus must ensure that the perpetrators and masterminds of the ghastly terror attacks are brought to justice."The training camp near Thatta in Sindh province, where the LeT terrorists were trained and launched by sea was identified and secured by the investigators. The casings of the explosive devices used in Mumbai were recovered from the same training camp and duly matched, Khosa  said. The fishing trawler used by the attackers for hijacking an Indian trawler, in which they sailed to Mumbai, was brought back to a Pakistani harbour, and then painted and concealed. But it was recovered by the investigators and connected to the accused, Khosa wrote in the Dawn newspaper. Ajmal Kasab, the lone attacker captured and subsequently executed in India, after his conviction, was a Pakistani national whose place of residence, initial schooling and his joining a banned militant group was established by investigators, he said. The engine of the dinghy abandoned by the terrorists near the Mumbai harbour “contained a patent number through which the investigators have traced that it is imported from Japan to Lahore and then to a Karachi sports shop from where a LeT-linked militant purchased it along with the dinghy”, he added. The money trail was followed and the accused who bought the engine was arrested. The “ops room” in Karachi, from where the attackers were directed, was identified and secured by investigators. Communications through voice over internet protocol (VoIP) were unearthed, Khosa said. The alleged commander, Zakiur Rehman Lakhvi and his deputies were identified and arrested and a couple of foreign-based financiers and facilitators were arrested and brought to face trial, he wrote.Khosa acepted that the trial of the seven men charged for the attacks had “lingered on for far too long” and Pakistan must ensure the “perpetrators and masterminds are brought to justice”. He added that “dilatory tactics by the defendants, frequent change of trial judges and assassination of the case prosecutor as well as retracting from original testimony by some key witnesses” all had been the serious setbacks for Pakistani prosecutors. The retired official has said that the Mumbai case was unique and that proving conspiracy in a different jurisdiction is more complex and required a far superior quality of evidence. "Therefore, the legal experts from both sides need to sit together rather than sulk and point fingers." Khosa asked, "Are we as a nation prepared to muster the courage to face uncomfortable truths and combat the demons of militancy that haunt our land?"Now, it is the turn of Pakistan to deny all these allegations and paint the investigator Khosa as an agent of RAW. Pakistan is a rogue state which is a haven to the terrorist. The Pakistan Army and ISI are the host and trainer of the terrorists. The time is now ripe to term Pakistan as a terrorist friendly nation and impose sanctions against the rogue state.By Premji

Radhika Apte with Rajinikanth August 04, 2015 17:03

Rajinikanth is known worldwide for his immense popularity. Fortunately even Radhika Apte is very popular, however for other reasons.May be that popularity made the makers of Rajinikanth new film, drop her into the movie. Rajini has currently signed a film, which will be directed by director Ranjith. In this particular movie, there is no scope for the  heroine role as the story of the movie revolves around the gangsters. So Radhika Apte will be seen as one of the gangsters in a manly getup. Radhika Apte reaction after Rajinikanth movie offer Reacting to the issue, Radhika Apte said, "I need some time to sink in. I don't think there is anybody bigger than Rajini sir. And the director, Pa Ranjith, is exceptionally good. So I was extremely thrilled that it has worked out. And I am super excited to finally meet Rajinikanth." Currently, Radhika is identified as a bold heroine in Bollywood for choosing bold characters. Especially after Radhika's nude video hit the internet, she has become an overnight star and further kept up her image, accepting bold movies like Hunterrr. On the other hand, Radhika Apte might not be offered any other Telugu movie, as she seriously abused the Telugu film industry, saying that it is a male dominated one. So Balayya’s Lion is almost her last film in Tollywood.      By Phani

Land Bill ammendments suggested by JPC may be accepted August 04, 2015 16:50

The Union government has expressed its readiness to accept the recommendations of the parliamentary panel on the land bill. “We must consider issues on which there is a consensus,” rural development minister Birender Singh said. “Our stand on land bill will depend on what report the joint committee gives. JPC is considered a mini Parliament,” said Singh. Anyway, it is a sensible move which makes it easier for Parliament to function and possibly, pave the way for the passage of the GST Bill. “What we know is today is the last meeting where there will be discussions on three more clauses. Where there is dissent on a particular issue, it must be discussed since the Committee is a mini-Parliament,” said Singh. The Minister disagreed with challenges to the Bill being termed as opposed. “Questions raised on the amendments across party lines are not opposed. They are suggestions and if they are good, should be included in the final report,” he added.“We have made it clear from the start that the country’s progress depends on the land acquisition being speeded up. However, if it goes against the farmers’ interests, that needs to be discussed,” Singh said. The government has agreed to drop most of its contentious amendments to the Land Acquisition Act of 2013 and bringing back the crucial clauses related to the consent of affected families and the social impact assessment (SIA). The way the Congress party continues to disrupt the Parliament even after it has got its way on the Land Bill as well as had its major demands accepted in the GST Bill is nothing short of arrogance. The government has to utilise this opportunity to portray the Congress party as the spoiler for what could be one of India’s biggest tax reform processes in recent times. Even if the Centre is able to pass its version of the Land Act, there is absolutely no guarantee that all states would follow this law. States that want to attract more investment or to get land for the development of roads and railways are free to come up with laws that are more in consonance with what the Centre had initially proposed.By Premji

Over good is injurious August 04, 2015 16:43

Be it at our work place or any other place, we might be well appreciated for our work regularly. But remember, getting appreciations regularly, can sometimes end up, giving utmost negative results like, people being separated from you or your boss getting irritated, as he might never expect it from you, treating you as a sincere employee all these days. The result would be more negative to you, when compared with ready made baddies in the office. Also read: Struggle only because you love it So instead of being good always, sometimes try to expose your negative side too, so that the opinions on you, keep balancing or to say, dances between good and bad. If such opinions start dancing in that way, whatever be the situations, you will be able to tackle them.  Also read: If you can be bad, be its dadExample: Your boss requested you to work on Sunday too, for some time, as he loved your work. In those situations, you work for one Sunday and keep on skipping several Sundays in between and again choose another Sunday to work. If you do in this way, then the boss would be in that dilemma, whether you are good or bad, and finally , he stops judging you one fine day. By Phani

Are they the culprits or their supporters of such culprits in Rishiteshwari case? If they are culprits, they might have destroyed the entire suicide note, instead of just striking off the names. RBI has not announced any rate changes August 04, 2015 14:09

Reserve Bank of India on today kept its policy rates unchanged, while the governor Raghuram Rajan said that the headline inflation is at elevated levels and banks are yet to pass on the full benefits of previous rate cuts. The repo rate will continue to be at 7.25 percent and the cash reserve ratio will remain at 4 percent.Rajan said, "Some food prices, particularly of protein-rich items, pulses and oilseeds have risen sharply in recent months. They will have to be carefully monitored as they tend to be sticky and impart an upward bias to inflation and inflation expectations. This assumes significance in view of households’ inflation expectations rising again."The RBI Governor talked about the possibility of taking away the veto rights from the Governor to a committee. "There are three virtues of taking away the veto rights from from Governor and giving it to a committee. We have been supporters of this committee. We have been engaged with the Government. The structure should ensure continuity in policy. The Government and the RBI have reached a broad consensus on what the committee should look like and what the role of the Governor would be," Raghuram Rajan said.Regarding MPC, the details will be made public when the govt feels comfortable and I think we should wait till then rather than talk about the details.  I will only talk about the veto issue which has gained some public discussion. Currently the situation is that Governor has the veto. That means effectively all advice is only advice, ultimately the decision is that of the governor's. So if we continue to keep the veto it doesn't change the current situation, it maintains the status-quo, Rajan said."Our focus is on, how can we resolve stress on power distribution companies which will make power purchases more effective," Rajan said. "Our attempt is to get projects back on track. Banks need to face reality, take medicine and don't push it to the future. We are for allowing banks flexibility not forbearance," Rajan said.“We have already done a lot internally in the past, in my term and before, to institutionalise the process and having scheduled meetings with different constituencies before the policy decision. Having serious discussions with internal staff based on incoming economic data and based on our model analysis and speaking with the government to obtain its viewpoint. The final policy is usually a consensus arrived at by the governor, the deputy governor incharge of the monetary policy and the executive director incharge of the monetary policy. But ultimately the responsibility is the governor's,” Rajan saidBy Premji
