HC defers the hearing of CBI JD call list data case
The Andhra Pradesh High Court has deferred the petition filed by one Raghurama Krishnamraju objecting the act of including his name in CBI JD Lakhminarayana's call list case. The next hearing would be on Friday. He has said that he earlier filed libel cases against the newspapers for allegedly publishing his name in the case. The advocates of Krishnamraju argued that the petitioner just took the call list of CBI JD and not the conversations' data.
Also, the lawyers argued that anyone can take the call list data from the service provider. The court after hearing the arguments has deferred the case.
