Rosaiah calls upon people to donate eyes

Tamil Nadu Governor K Rosaiah has said that blindness should be eradicated across the globe. Rosaiah made this statement at a convention on Indian vascular implant and retractive. He has called upon people Rosaiah has said that in India alone 1.2 crore visually challenged people were there. He has said that the number is likely to increase to 1.8 crore by 2020. Rosaiah's statements came under criticism by many political analysts. They questioned as to why Rosaiah never spoke anything on this subject when he was the chief minister of Andhra Pradesh.
