Hearing on ED's petition deferred

The CBI Court has deferred the hearing of the petition filed by Enforcement Directorate for questioning Jaganmohan Reddy to June 28. The court has also deferred the hearing on bail petition of one of the accused in illegal assets case to June 28. It may be noted that Enforcement Directorate has approached CBI Court against Jagan on June 15. It has filed a petition seeking permission for questioning Jaganmohan Reddy. It is known that Jaganmohan Reddy is a prime accused in illegal assets case and he was sent to Chanchalguda jail under judicial custody.
