Court transfers 2 CBI Court judges

The Andhra Pradesh High Court has transferred two CBI Special Court judges on Tuesday. The transferred judges are A Pullaiah and Naga Maruti Sharma. The High Court has appointed Durga Prasad as the principal judge to the CBI Court, which has been trying illegal assets case. Pullaih has been made the CBI first additional special judge. It is known that the first additiona special judge of CBI, Pattabi Rama Rao is recently suspended for accepting bribe to grant bail on Gali Janardhan Reddy.
