Shirdi bus accident: Rs. 1 Lakh ex gratia
The minister Sridhar Babu, who is reviewing the relief measures in Maharashtra on Shirdi bus accident, has assured that all kin and kith of the deceased would be taken care by the state government. Sridhara Babu has visited the injured, who are undergoing treatment at Ashwini hospital in Sholapur. He said all the injured would be given treatment free of cost.
To ensure no injustice is meted out to the relatives of the deceased, one lakh rupees is going to be released immediately from Chief Minister's Relief Fund. It may be noted that 30 persons were killed in Shirdi road accident. A private volvo bus of Kaleshwari travels from Hyderabad to Shirdi plunged into a valley in the wee hours of Saturday.
