Shirdi bus accident: Govt sets up helpline

Andhra Pradesh government has reacted switftly on Shirdi bus accident. It has started relief measures. A special team has been deployed to the accident spot to take stock of the situation besides providing rescue operations and relief measures. The team included Medak district DSP, RDO and medical doctors.

In order to provide accurate information to kin and kith of the passengers, the state government has set up helpline numbers. Meanwhile, the primary reports said that as many as 14 employees from TCS boarded the bus. The IT minister Ponnala Lakshmaiah is said to be gathering complete information on these employees.
