The accused in the murder of the faction leader Suri, Bhanu Kiran was shifted  to Hyderabad from Madhya Pradesh. It is known that the CID sleuths took Bhanu Kiran to Madhya Pradesh in a special flight on Sunday. He was taken there to find out more clues as Bhanu made Madhya Pradesh as one of his hideout places after he allegedly murdered Gangula Suryanarayana Reddy.

The sources said that the CID officials have conducted searches at the places where Bhanu stayed. Just like how Suri was alleged to have binamis, even Bhanu reportedly has some binamis and CID officials are going to call the binamis of Bhanu Kiran to Hyderabad and enquire them.

It is known that Bhanu Kiran went absconding after the murder of the faction leader in Hyderabad last January. The case was initially probed by Central Crime State police and was shifted to CID after two months. The CID officials-a few days ago-declared that they arrested Bhanu Kiran who was in disguise. Bhanu was produced before the media first and then before the Magistrate. He was shifted to Cherlapally prison and on Monday CBI moved a petition seeking Bhanu’s custody. The court has accepted the petition and handed over Bhanu to CID after stating that the police should not use third degree on him. (Phani)
