Sonia upset with MPs: Palvai

The Congress MP Palvai Govardhan Reddy has said that their party supremo Sonia Gandhi was upset with the eight Congress MPs who created ruckus in the Lok Sabha the other day demanding the Government for tabling bill on Telangana in the house. Palvai has said that Sonia Gandhi was of the opinion that the MPs resorted to blackmail.
He has questioned the MPs whether they would try and obstruct the formation of Telangana by going against Sonia Gandhi. He has also said that Sonia Gandhi knew all aspects of the region. While stating that there would be a procedure for staging protests in the Parliament, he questioned the leaders whether they wanted Congress party to live in Telangana region. He has held public representatives responsible for deceiving the people in the region.
Meanwhile, the Congress MPs reacted to these statements swiftly. They said Palvai Govardhan and Renuka Chowdhary (both found fault with eight Congress MPs) would remain as Telangana traitors.
People are confused as to when the leaders would cease the war of words and focus on their problems. (Phani)
