Bothsa blames Babu for Sec 144
The PCC chief Bothsa Satyanarayana and TDP supremo Chandrababu Naidu are continuing to take on each other. Babu’s protest in Vizianagaram against liquor syndicate has triggered this battle with words among the two leaders.
In a fresh statement, Bothsa Satyanarayana has said that people were not in a position to believe Chandrababu Naidu and his protest. He has also said that Chandrababu Naidu was taking out these protests only for the political benefits.
Further, he said Chandrababu Naidu was trying to disturb the peace in Vizianagaram and he should be held responsible if anything untoward happens there. He has indicated that everyone in the state knew as to how the two-acre Babu earned so much and such a person has no right to comment him, he added. He has also said that Babu should know about the level and prestige of Bothsa’s family. To make a point, Bothsa Satyanarayana has said that except during elections Cr. P.C Sec 144 was not imposed in Vizianagaram and blamed Babu over 144 section in the town.
Bothsa said there should be a stand in politics and questioned if he was not responsible for the death of Babu’s father-in-law, legendary politician and TDP founder NT Rama Rao.
Political analysts in the state are wondering as to when the duo will conclude their war of words. (Phani)
