Fire breaks out in Adilabad oil mill

A major fire broke out in the Noorin Oil Mills on the Rampur Road in Adilabad town this afternoon and three fire tenders were pressed into service to extinguish the fire.

Officials said the fire could be the result of a short circuit in the factory premises though the exact reasons are not yet officially mentioned.

Thick columns of smoke were seen billowing out of the oil mill premises and the efforts were still on to extinguish the fire when reports last came in. (JUBS)
