A state owned bus travelling towards Nirmal in Adilabad district met with an accident in the pre early hours. The RTC bus going towards Adilabad crashed into the gate of a Toll plaza and left twenty passengers injured. Irate passengers blamed the driver of negligence and gave him a thrashing. The passengers suffered only minor injuries. But they were annoyed with the driver for his irrational driving skills.

The accident occurred on the outskirts of Nirmal town at the Toll Plaza. The bus was moving at a moderate speed and could not be controlled by the driver, who crash landed on the gates of the toll plaza. The impact shook the vehicle heavily, injuring the passengers inside. The passengers who had for some time, during the journey doubted the driving skills of the driver got angry over the incident. An argument ensued between the driver and the passengers after the accident and eventually irate passengers man handled the driver.
