Bollywood's first super star Rajesh Khanna's bungalow 'Vardan Aashirwad' was reportedly sold for Rs 95 crores to a Mumbai based businessman. The total amount is quite low as the plot size itself is very small which measures about 603 square metres. Khanna has spent his last days in the bungalow who died on July 18, 2012 and the property got transferred to his daughters Twinkle and Rinke Khanna.

However, Rajesh Khanna's live-in partner Anita Advani, has been claiming her share in the property for some time now. Before selling the property, Twinkle and Rinke published a public notice in the news paper for any objections. Advani suspects that the property was sold around 15 days back and the deal was kept confidential.

Advani said, she would be challenging the public notice. Rajesh Khanna has bought his property from actor Rajendra Kumar for Rs 3.5 lakhs.
