Congress leader Toorpu Jayaprakash Reddya alias Jagga Reddy might soon join Bharatiya Janata Party and is also expected to contest for the Medak Lok Sabha seat which will be vacated by TRS Chief K Chandrasekhar Rao as he will be chairing the chief minister post as an MLA.

According to the close sources, the whole purpose of Jagga Reddy's yesterday meeting with Pawan Kalyan is to seek his support. BJP is also looking for stronger candidate for the Medak MP seat and to tackle TRS boss KCR, Jagga Reddy is an apt leader.

However, Jagga Reddy is more interested in joining Jana Sena Party and Pawan wants to field him on behalf of Jana Sena to make a stronger opposition in Telangana. Pawan is estimating that even if Jagga Reddy contests from Jana Sena, Modi would support him.

If BJP wins the Medak MP seat, it would add advantage to them in Telangana region and eventually could spread its wings. We have to wait for few more days, if the reports are true but one thing is clear that Jagga Reddy will no longer part of Congress.
